Learn to Surf is the brand of Professional Surf Coaching Ltd (PSC Ltd).
Lessons are non refundable and non transferable.
Surfkids lessons / packages remain valid until the end of the season purchased.
Adults multi lesson packages remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
All Multi lesson packs are for one individual only.
Vouchers remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Bonus Hire session must be used immediately following your first lesson.
Cancelation
At least 24 hour cancelation notice in writing (text or email) is required or you will forfeit that lesson.
PSC Ltd reserves the right to cancel classes due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances. In this case a replacement class will be offered.
Risk and Disclaimer
The participant accepts that the sport of Surfing and Bodyboarding contain an element of risk. The participant accepts that in the event of injury or death Professional Surf Coaching Ltd and its instructors will not be held liable. The participant agrees to follow all directions given by the instructors. Professional Surf Coaching Ltd accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to property belonging to the participant.
Photographic release
The participant agrees to allow any images taken during our classes to be used in promotions in print or on the internet, including on our website and social media channels. If you do not agree please advise us in writing by email.
Hire and Equipment Use
Use of hire equipment is the responsibility of the person hiring. If due to theft or accident this equipment is stolen or damaged (other than reasonable wear and tear) the person hiring agrees to pay replacement or repair costs.
The Person hiring will be responsible for his / her own safety when surfing.
